Q. What are the
requirements to open the account for Private customer?

A. To open a Personal account Bank require the following:



- complete filled out application forms

- Original notarized copy of a valid passport or picture ID

- One original reference letter from your bank

- One original reference letter from a business associate or a lawyer.



Q. Is there an account opening fee?

A. The account opening fee is USD$200.00 * This fee does include delivery of
account items (normally FedEx or DHL).



Q. What currencies available to open an account?

A. All accounts are multi-currency accounts.



Q. Is there a minimum balance required in order to keep account open?

A. Bank charge a maintenance fee of USD$10 per month if your accounts

falls

   below $1,000



Q. Is there a minimum initial deposit needed?

A. You can deposit any amount you wish into your account.



Q. In case of closing account is there a penalty fee?

A. There is no penalty fee to close an account.  However, if you wish

   to transfer your funds, you will have to pay the transfer fee.



Q. Does it offer Internet access to e-banking (check balance, do

   international and domestic wires)?

A. You have access to online banking and to transfer funds in and out of

   your account. 



Q. What is the cost for International wire? Is it possible to do wire

   worldwide?

A. All international wires are free of cost. 



Q. Does it offer ATM debit card?

A. Bank offer the Maestro Debit card which we have attached for your

   information.



Q. What is the maximun amount that can withdraw per day using the ATM

Card?

A. There is a limit of $2,000 per day. 



Q. What is the cost for the ATM Card?

A. There is a fee of $30.00. 



Q. Do you also offer Credit card? What is the minimum that would have to

   keep in account for credit?

A. Bank do not offer these services presently, but hope so in the near

future.



Q. What is the cost of account management fees, ie, monthly fee?

A. There are no account management fees. As indicated to you earlier, Bank

   charge a maintenance fee of USD$10 monthly if the account falls below

   $1,000



Q. Is the Bank regulated by government? If you could send additional

   information that may be for importance please be advise.
