Open a Bulgarian bank account in person or on distance
You may come to Bulgaria to open a bank account for yourself or your company. However our specialists can also do all the opening procedures for you or your company, so that you won’t have to come to Bulgaria personally. The only document we’d need for this is a power of attorney (which we will send you) and a legalised copy of your ID. With these documents we can then open the bank account or bank accounts
Authorised person on the bank account
U can be appointed yourself the only authorised person for the bank account. Clients who use our fiduciary services may also chose for option to have the bank account managed by us. In certain countries, especially the ones that have strict requirements on substance and the location of the effective management and control of the company, this is even a requirement.
